We proudly serve Asheville, Hendersonville, Arden, Fletcher, and the surrounding areas in Western North Carolina. Have an event outside of this area? We do travel! Contact us to learn more about travel options and availability.
We’re so excited to bring your vision to life! To reserve your date, a 25% non-refundable retainer is required. Once received, your event will be added to our calendar. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event. If your event is less than 14 days away, the full balance is due at the time of
booking.

Yes, our current order minimum is $250 (subject to change). Working with a smaller budget? We offer balloon bouquets that are perfect for celebrations and available for pickup.
Yes — with our services, you’ll never have to lift a finger. We handle both setup and teardown. We typically ask for at least 2 hours before your event to set up. Some events may require more time, depending on complexity; we’ll always communicate clearly about your specific timeline.
Balloon longevity depends on environmental factors such as heat, sunlight, rain, or wind. That said, we only use the highest-quality, professional-grade balloons. When kept indoors, our balloons can last for weeks!
Yes! We offer balloon bouquets for pickup. These are a great option for smaller celebrations or budget-friendly gifts.
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Your 25% retainer is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to a new date if we have the availability. If your remaining balance has already been paid, we offer a refund of that portion if you cancel at least 7 days prior to your event. Every situation is unique, and we always do our best to find a fair and thoughtfulsolution.
